  1. drink 2+ litres of water

    one glass right after waking up, one after brushing your teeth, one for breakfast, one in your morning break, one before lunch, one after, one in your afternoon break, one when you get home, one before dinner, one after, one before bedtime - you did it! Or treat yourself to one of those 2 litre bottle with time marks - I love those and use it at work everyday!

  2. wash your linens

    wash your pillow cover at least once every week! Set a timer so you don’t forget about it. Maybe switch to a silk or satin cover since it’s much softer to your skin and antibacterial!

  3. don’t smoke, don’t drink

    I don’t have to say much about that. Both pump toxins into your body - you really don’t want that!

  4. move your body

    movement is key! Even if it’s just 20 minutes per day - this is better than nothing! Go for a walk, do some yoga or bike to your workplace - whatever you choose!

  5. meditate

    Stress makes us look old - relaxation and satisfaction the opposite! If you meditate daily you’ll see a change in how you handle difficult, stressful situation and how you have an overall clearer view of your life!
